Electrical power: 500 meters
south of DEDA is a 220KV transformation substation, and another
35KV double source transformation substation has been completed
inside DEDA. The installing capacity is 2 X 16,000KVA. Inside DEDA,
electricity is supplied with loop network and through 10KV cable
embedded underground.
2.
Communication: A
program-controlled telephone bureau with an installation capacity
of 40,000 has been built in DEDA. All the equipment is produced by
NEC. It can provide the customers with such services as
installation of domestic or international telephone, fax, and
internet.
3.
Water supply: Inside DEDA,
water is supplied through loop pipeline network connecting with
the water supply pipeline network of Tianjin City. 30,000 tons of
high quality water can be supplied daily for production and living
of DEDA.
4.
Drainage systems: Inside DEDA,
rain water and sewage are drained through separate pipelines. Rain
water can be drained through the pipeline and pumped into the
river to irrigate the fields, while the production and living
sewage will be drained through Tianjin municipal pipeline network
into the sewage treatment plant.
5.
Heating: DEDA makes full use
of its rich geothermal resources to supply heating to all the
customers inside the Area. To guarantee to stable temperature of
the water, a heating regulating station has been built in the
Area. Moreover, the rich supply of hot underground water make the
life of the employees in the Area very convenient.
6.
Gas supply: The project of
the construction of the main natural gas pipeline in DEDA has been
completed. We can supply high quality natural gas to the
enterprises inside the Area according to their needs.
7.Paved
roads:
Inside DEDA, there are 7 straight south-north streets and 4
east-west streets. The streets are 12-30 meters in width. DEDA
boasts very convenient transportation. It is located between
Tianjin-Tanggu Highway and the Second Tianjin-Tanggu Highway which
run parallel and is only 900 meters apart. |
