Trade Regulations:
DEDA welcomes all production projects whch is low in energy
consumption and pollution-free except those in paper-making,
electroplating, dyeing, leather processing. Investment in the
public facilities such as hotel, department store, place for
entertainment and real estate development projects of office
building, villas are also welcomed.
Types of Registration
The investment inside the Area by foreign
investors (or investors from the regions outside the territory of
the People’s Republic of China) can take various forms, such as
sino-foreign joint venture, sino-foreign contractual joint
ventures, solely foreign-invested company, and enterprise
processing and assembling for foreign customers. Investors of
China can establish inside the Area limited liability company,
joint-stock company, collective-owned enterprise, joint-stock
contractural enterprise, state-owned enterprise, private-owned
enterprise, or individually-run enterprise. |
