Commission exercises regional administration over the enterprises
in the Area. Under the Commission are five departments and one
office which provide ¡°one-stop serving¡± style service to the
enterprises, going through all the procedures from registration
application to the beginning of operation. For the convenience of
the enterprises, affiliated offices of industry and commerce
administration, taxation, bank, post office, telecommunication,
civil aviation, and public security have been established inside
